glue labeller

1. the label cannot be complete or partly taken away by the label carrying rotary drum. the labels is too hard. use wet towel to enwrap the labels about 5 minutes for soften while operate the machine.
the gluing surface of labels is too smooth. change the labels.
the labels cannot be counted & be curled. while store labels, use two hard cardboard to fixed at front & rear, while operate the machine loosen these labels.
the viscosity of glue is not enough. use higher viscosity glue.
the clutch of the up-down & left-right baffle of the label-storing box cannot be inserted suitable into the slot. press the inch button to make the label carrying rotary drum coating glue uniformity.
2. the label cannot be adsorbed or unsteady by the vacuum adsorbing-wheel. the air holes on the labeling-belt & vacuum adsorbing-wheel are blocked. clean the air holes.
the take-off clutch is too far from the labeling-belt. press the vacuum, convey & rotary-pan buttons.
3. the label often clipped on the take-off clutch. the take-off clutch is too near the labeling-belt. press the vacuum, convey & rotary-pan buttons.
the glue is too dry. add some water.
the arc of the two take-off clutches is not parallel. adjust or change.
4. the label cannot stick onto the bottle but often onto the sponge baffle or labeling-belt. the quantities of glue are too much. adjust the flow of glue.
the bottles are not clean. remove the oil & dust on the outside of the bottles.
the conveying of the bottles & labels is not matching. press the inch button to make some adjustment for matching.
5. the printing letters are too dense or pale. the printing letters are too dense. use ethanol to dilute the printing ink and do not put too much each adding-time.
the printing letters are too pale. check that the printing steel letters whether they touch the labels & ink-roller matching or not and there is ink or not.

1. after each day work is finished, you should wipe the working surface in time.
2. besides keep the normal lubrication, you should oil the other running and friction parts every half-month.
3. the maintenance of the tablets counter hand piece. (see diagram 4. diagram 5)
because the vibration of the tablets counter is taken place by the steel balls bumping crossed which are installed in the inner-outside strike pan, so the steel balls will be worn .if the tablets counter's noise is too loud or the vibration been unadjusted, you should change the steel balls in time.
in addition, when you find the inner-outside strike pan, worm wheel, worm and plane bearing worn and damaged, you should change them in time. take apart and install the tablets counting hand piece going on according to the diagram 4 and diagram 5.
4. if you find any defects in operating, get rid of it in time and maintenance repair once per year.
