machine maintenance
1. after each day work is finished, you should wipe the working
surface in time.
2. besides keep the normal lubrication, you should oil the other
running and friction parts every half-month.
3. the maintenance of the tablets counter hand piece. (see diagram
4. diagram 5)
because the vibration of the tablets counter is taken place by the
steel balls bumping crossed which are installed in the inner-outside
strike pan, so the steel balls will be worn .if the tablets counter's
noise is too loud or the vibration been unadjusted, you should change
the steel balls in time.
in addition, when you find the inner-outside strike pan, worm wheel,
worm and plane bearing worn and damaged, you should change them
in time. take apart and install the tablets counting hand piece
going on according to the diagram 4 and diagram 5.
4. if you find any defects in operating, get rid of it in time and
maintenance repair once per year. |
